Meet the Staff – Dennis our Steel Artisan

Dennis is one of our more recent additions to the Safety Screens team. Dennis has over 25 years’ experience working in the building industry; which we put to good use in our day to day operations. Originally from an electrical background, Dennis saw the light a few years ago and move over to building construction and maintenance.

Dennis can be found both in our fabrication shop in DIP as well as being out on-site fitting the screens he’s personally built. He loves being part of the entire fabrication process and seeing a happy client after one of his screens has been installed. He’s also quiet handy with any maintenance issues our clients have asked us to look at including door handle repair and the odd painting touch up. Dennis who is always happy to meet our clients and we trust he’ll be smiling while installing one of your screens!

New shipment of materials arrives

This container not only included the materials to fabricate our core sliding screen door and window, but materials for French double screen doors. French doors are common in many Dubai and Abu Dhabi villas and will now be available as a secure mesh screen.

The Importance of Air

You wouldn’t think that one of the most time consuming tasks of setting up our warehouse was getting the ‘air’ right. By air we mean the high pressure air required to be compressed, stored and then distributed through the airline to all of our tools.

Happy New Year – Welcome VAT

From all of us here at Safety Screens we wish you a happy New Year and prosperous 2018!

Thank you for making our first year a success. As most of you are aware in 2017 Safety Screens became the first and only provider of mesh security screens in Dubai and across the UAE. The year saw us bring in the first batch of screens to customers in Dubai and these screens have proven to be a great success. We have received excellent feedback on the screens and know that there are many villa owners now sleeping safe at night with their glass doors open and screens locked.

Business Setup Dubai

Once the first batch of screens were installed it was time to get back to setting up our warehouse. We had a few back orders that we’d accumulated over the last few months but we can’t fabricate these screens until we have all the machinery in place, tested and operating perfectly.
