What makes Safety Screens the best Screens in the UAE?

We only use the highest quality materials, extensive car, precision skills and a patented construction method to ensure every screen is built to last.

Patented Fixing Method

After years of product development and customer feedback, our screen design is simply the best available across the Middle East. There are many hidden design features to ensure the screen is robust and designed to last in our environment.

Safety Screen mesh products do not use screws or any other form of mechanical fixing to secure the mesh into the aluminium frame.

This patented securing technique therefore avoids the potential for corrosion as dissimilar metal contact is avoided.

Quality Manufacturing

Woven mesh

The mesh screens are weaved together during the manufacturing process to give an unparalleled level of strength. Each strand of mesh is a high tensile stainless steel 0.8mm bar.

The stainless steel is then powder coated to stop rusting and is designed to withstand the harshest environmental conditions.

Each strand of premium high tensile stainless steel wire is individually tested to exacting international standards before being woven together into the screen mesh.

Locks, Hardware and Screws

All doors and windows are fitted with a ‘multi-point lock’ system. This provides ease of use as all locking points engage and disengage with a single action. It also ensures the screens meet the tough Australian Standards for screen doors.

Screws are stainless steel in either 316 or 304 grade for corrosion resistance.

Window screen

The mesh is secured within a custom designed aluminium frame. Depending on the type of screen door or window, these frames are often secured to the building structure by a second aluminium frame to ensure total system security.

The extruded aluminium material is 6063-T5 with high strength and corrosion resistance properties. The aluminium is powder coated to Australian standard, AS 3715-2002 (Thermo-set powder coating for architectural applications of aluminum), and American Architectural Manufacturers Association AAMA 2603. The Australian and US standards set out test procedures and specify performance requirements for thermo-set powder coatings intended specifically for architectural applications.
